SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery & Shipping Details

A delivery charge of only AED 20 for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

​

Only AED 50 for delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt.

Note: Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice. The above shipping charge is the standard rate applied to International Shipments.

The customer may be required to pay additional shipping-related costs upon the delivery of order.

For international shipments, final Shipping Cost will be informed upon the order confirmation, the customer has to pay for the difference if the actual shipping cost is higher than the standard shipping cost paid. 

The freight quotation will be emailed to the customer for his/her confirmation and payment must be received before we proceed with the shipment.

There are some products whose numbers are limited. It can be sold out by the time your order has been confirmed. We shall inform you immediately through email and let you know the estimated delivery date.

Orders placed within UAE and outside UAE

For orders placed within UAE:

  • orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays before 1 PM, delivery will be on the next business day, provided that stocks of the ordered items are at hand; otherwise, delivery will be on the 2nd business day from the date you placed the order

  • orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays after 1 PM, delivery will be on the 2nd business day

  • orders placed on Thursdays before 1 PM, delivery will be on Sunday

  • orders placed on Thursdays after 1 PM, delivery will be on Monday

  • orders placed during the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), delivery will only be on Monday

  • For orders placed outside of UAE, delivery will be 5 to 7 days maximum from the date order was placed.

 

We are using third-party service providers, e.g., Fetchr and SpeedEx, in delivering your order. Once the order has been collected, the shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for the delivery. From this point on, we no longer have control over your order.

 

Delivery Delays:

if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;

if no one is available at your address to take delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to rearrange delivery. However, we can assist you in this matter in any way we can;

after a failed delivery to you, and you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we will cancel your order.

 

Title to Products. The products remain the property of MiyukiBeads-ME until full payment of the price. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product, that is in case of COD.

Invoice. We will issue a computer-generated invoice for your purchase and send such invoice together with your order. This will serve as our official invoice.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At MiyukiBeads-ME, we offer you a 10-day return policy. If you are not happy with any product or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt.

All you need to do is fill-up the form found at the “Return and Exchange Policy” section of the website and our customer service representative will get back to you on how to complete the process.

​

Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for a return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item, or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.

​

If you paid COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be given a refund in the form of MiyukiBeads-ME store credit.

​

Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:

an item may only be returned within 10 days from the date you receive your product;

it must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels;

we do not offer a direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be canceled, and you will have to place a new order. You can also use the MiyukiBeads-ME credit note to make the new purchase.
